I'm Ed - a People Experience Strategist and Transformation Leader, currently working at the BBC. I connect people, projects and policy to build thriving cultures, and translate complex colleague insight into decisions executives can act on.
About
I'm a People Experience Partner at the BBC, leading the Corporation's Listening Strategy - the feedback loops, data and journey maps that turn what colleagues actually say into decisions executives actually make.
Before this I spent two years as an HR Business Partner inside the BBC's Content division, partnering on large-scale transformation and organisational design, and six years before that scaling the HR Service Experience team from the ground up to world-class service levels.
The common thread is bridging the gap between colleague insight and executive decision-making - with a steady hand on the messy middle of change. HR earns its seat at the table by being genuinely useful. Listen first, name what's real, then move.
